So I'm not sure if my problem is anxiety no more. The last 2 days I've been feel rough. If I'm sat down I feel dizzy or feeling like I'm in a rocking boat I've been having a lot of shaking in my legs and hot flushes if I stand up I loose balance on my feet now I've always lost balance on my feet even when I was a kid. I think it's more seriously than anxiety. Ive had blood tests and nothing has come back everything is normal except my red blood cells are larger than my white blood cells. Now I dunno what to do. It seems like I'm getting worst and I worry and get anxious. I keep thinking that I'm going to be in a wheelchair only because my sister thinks it could be MS. My eyes go funny from time to time I remember I had this awhile ago when I went to Ireland on the boat dad said it was just sea legs but I'm not sure if that's the case no more. Sometimes if I don't have anything to eat I start shaking and I can't control it I know I don't have diabetes because I've been tested and had blood tests. I can't leave the house because I end up having a panic attack and when I do force myself I end up being sick I can't be around people because of my anxiety but can anxiety make you dizzy like your on a rocking boat? I also have really bad tintitus which comes and goes. Anyone got any ideas?

ps...my brain MRI was abnormal.
But not indicative of MS.
So, I continue to have symptoms...and I saw my Neurologist a month ago..and I said...I WANT TO KNOW why with an abnormal brain MRI....what you think is going on!?
I said...you say I don't have MS....she stopped me and said...I didn't say that...and sent me for another MRI..no results yet.
Its frustrating when you have these symptoms and no one takes them seriously.
yes, anxiety can cause these things....but loss of balance...um...not really.

I have all the same symptoms. Was misdiagnosed with ms. Now they think it's Lyme disease. Have you been tested? Google Lyme or anxiety and you will be surprised. Good luck.

I know you have anxiety, and you know you have anxiety. The shaky legs, with you saying you had this as a child. My sister get's week shaky, and faint when her blood sugar drops. There is no medication for this. It happens quite often,so she carries sweet stuff with her. You have anxiety, with it may well be low blood sugar. You need to be on an antipressant for your anxiety, and when you feel shaky, just try this, and drink orange juice, and eat a candy bar, something alone that line, and see if that makes you feel better. Anxiety makes you unbalanced, dizzy, things seem like their moving, and 20 other symptoms. None of them good. If you tried the try the food when your feeling shaky, and it doesn't make you feel better, then the only way to ease you mind about MS is to have a MRI. I am pretty sure you do not have MS,because if you have shaky legs when you were a child, it hasn't evolved. Get on meds for anxiety
