Anxiety or not?

Posted , 2 users are following.

I am 24 yo. Not overweight or not smoker. However I do have quite a few symptoms that is related to heart disease. I do SOMETIMES encounter heart palpitations, chest aching especially on my left side, warm sensation on my arms and tingling sensation on my extremes even when I am sleeping.

I had been to like 7 doctors and all could find anything wrong. Did ecg, blood tests, urine test and x ray but nothing is wrong.

Could it be anxiety because before this happens like 3 months ago, I was pretty stress out but that is just the beginning, afterward I wasn't pretty stress with my life but all these symptoms doesn't go away.

Mild shortness of breath I meant. Like just a discomfort and does not affect your life much.
