Anxiety or something terminal?

So, the ones who have seen my previous discussions know that I was diagnosed with GAD and bad health anxiety. Sadly I didn't know that a variety of symptoms would come with that.
So for like 3 days now I have a really sore neck that sometimes goes to my head causing weird pains in a lot of spots. Like one time my right temple is gonna have a weird pain then my left side which freaks me out. This morning I had a weird pain in my right hand and fingers which made things more complicated. I also get weird pains in one of my eyes. Idk what's wrong with me and if all these symptoms connect somehow. I'm freaking out so much and my anxiety is on the roof. I'll have an appointment with a neurologist as well as ophthalmologist beginning of February but I don't think I can cope until then. I feel like everyday is my last. Until then, I need to know, has anyone else experienced anything similar? Right now as I'm typing this my left leg hurts!! I don't see how all these symptoms can connect.

Most of your symptoms are not related so I would suggest as mentioned above see your GP

I'm receiving therapy. I showed my psychiatrist this lump and he said it's nothing to worry about. What do you mean most of my symptoms are not related? Thank you!

it has to do with my neck hurting which is cause by anxiety. I was advised it's my nerves that formed this lump

If your nerves were exposed you would not be able to raise your head because of a gap in your spine.
If you are concerned talk to your GP. I have Arthritis in my spine, shoulders and neck.

This is very similar to my symptoms!! I get severe chest discomfort, pains in my neck and pains in my left arm. I always worry about it being a heart attack.
Do you have panic attacks? and does your heart rate go up violently??
I find mines does, I get so scared. But it seems to blow over eventually. I'm being blood tested for hyperthyroidism on thurs. x

I def get what you do, I have the weirdest head feelings that are super hard to explain, I have had a opthamalogist appt a cpl weeks ago because my pupils were different sizes and he said everything looks fine to him, but obviously health anxiety has me run ragged lol and also have a neuro appt feb 27th and we'll see for sure if there's something more sinister going on, it's not a constant feeling anymore like it was but I had been pretty constant for the last 8months I've also been tested for lymes 3 times and just got my strep titre done and one more test done to see if it could possibly a adult form of pandas. I'm ready for an answer and for a cure lol i can handle the anxiety as long as this goes away lol I just need to know for sure what's going on good luck, the waiting is the hardest part most def hang in there

anxiety can present with so many symptoms like hundreds! The first thing to do is follow up with your doctor and get a clean bill of health. If everything is OK, the next thing to do is work on the anxiety
chances are all of your symptoms are related to anxiety. Please please don't do this to yourself. I wasted 30 years of my life worrying I was going to get some terminal disease.! The "what if's "are very damaging to our mental and physical health. they are based in non reality.
FEAR stands for false evidence appearing real. Our minds will go to the negative if we let them. Be a fighter for yourself and don't allow this to happen. I have found talking to a counselor has really helped me deal with anxiety and panic. They have the tools to help you overcome this
I keep going even when I start to feel better as it has been a lifeline for me!
The worst thing we can do is sit around and think and think because that always leads to negative thoughts which when it becomes chronic can actually make negative changes in the brain.
another thing to avoid is googling every symptom you have because that scares people out of their minds and it may not even pertain to them. Stay active! Regular exercise literally lifts my anxiety, eat healthy,. And socialize. These things keep your mind away from the negative thoughts. Be relentless that you will overcome this. During the course of your lifetime, we will get ox sorts of aches and pains the vast majority of them are harmless. Please try to keep that in mind

Thank you very much for your reply! I'm already seeing a therapist and I'm trying really hard to not let this beat me,it's just so hard sometimes! Like every time there's a new symptom going on. Guess what the head thing is gone now I have weird symptoms with my stomach ugh!
Anyway I'm glad you're better now and keep up the good work! You're a fighter!
