i have been to the emergency room 2 times in 4 days for my stomach i have had two ct scan of abdomen and pelvis with contrast as well as a x ray everything showed up good. Was told i had constipation and moderate internal hemorrhoids was give magnesium citrate which got rid of what little was inside me i cant get myself to calm down

well everything worked out well! You found out what the issue was and it was nothing serious. So take some long deep breath‘s and remind yourself that you are fine!
I once had a similar thing happened to me where I had stomach issues for a month. I was also told that I was constipated and when that was resolved I felt relaxed.
why do you think that you are unable to calm yourself down?
