Anxiety over my teeth! Please help!!

For the last month i have had a strange feeling of pressure on my front teeth when i close my mouth and my bottom teeth touch the back of my front ones. it's not painful more of a sensitive awareness of them touching and a feeling of occasional movement. it is uncomfortable first thing in the morning but i have no jaw pain like you would get with tooth grinding.

i hadn't been to the dentist for a long time and had some minor mobility in my front teeth and some gum problems which seem to have improved with a deep clean and better tooth care but I am convinced i am going to lose my front teeth and will have a big gap which will affect my life and work. it's all i can think of and it's making it difficult for me to sleep and concentrate and i cry a lot about it.

in particular i feel very aware of my front left tooth which sometimes tingles and just seems to want me to be aware of it's presence in my mouth as a tooth.

has anyone else had anything like this and did you get to keep your teeth? 😔

This feeling of pressure and a certain movement of the teeth is normal to some extent, especially if you have had an extraction, have recently bonded or removed a fixed orthodontic appliance, or are wearing a removable orthodontic appliance.

In any case, it is important that you present these complaints to your dentist so that he/she can tell you exactly what is going on.
