Yeah it’s an anxiety attack scary I know
Understanding anxiety is important as this is why it’s so scary as one minute you can be fine all good them the waive of fear starts from no where
But let me tell you it don’t come from Nowhere there is an underline problem that sets you on this way of thinking
It’s 100% anxiety
How long have you been dealing with this can you put your fingers on any possible triggers ?
Key is to accept you suffer understand the symptoms that can happen but mainly work on why you have anxiety
And put things in Place to manage it and eventually beat it
How’s your lifestyle
And pressures ? What’s your diet like you drink alcohol ? Smoke do you exercise ?
This maybe a bit personal but do you use porn a lot or lead a life of secrets from loved Ones ?
Have you ever seen a therapist ?
There are many factors to anxiety so don’t worry to much but with the right frame of mind and commitment you can put it behind you in time
Let me know maybe I can help you put you on track
Stay strong but don’t worry you are not alone and it can be beat you have to believe you can beat it

My opinion is get off the meds it’s so easy for Dr to put people on meds but it’s not the way in my eyes
A strong mind is the way to beat this
Healthy lifestyle is so important looking healthy and thinking you are healthy can be different regular excerise releases the natural hormones that make you feel good
Excercise eat the right food
Block out 1/2 days a week to do something you enjoy
But get to speak to a therapist this will help you understand where the anxiety is coming from
But research your therapist make sure they are professional in anxiety
It’s a journey but if you stand strong learn some coping techniques you can get this sorted for sure
Imagine you have two roads two take one is the road of losing the other the road of winning set yourself up for the road to win
It helps train your mind to think positive and not negative
Happy to help if I can don’t hesitate to reach out to me

Please don't fall into the trap of taking any medication for anxiety and depression. Drs are reluctant now to prescribe as they do not work. Other methods of coping are cbt, counselling, psychotherapy, mindfulness, meditation yoga. Take care.l
