Hi Denise. So what happened 8 months ago to trigger your severe anxiety? What was it like before that. Just wondering how it all started. So sorry for your pain. You are very young and you can learn to cope better. I hope you have someone you can trust to talk to because that would help. When you feel it coming on do something to de-stress like take a walk, read, talk to a friend, listen to music etc. Prayers and hugs.

I, and most on this forum would say it is very possible that you are dealing with anxiety. Go to your doctor, and ask about that. If that is it, please reconsider meds, if your doc recommends it.

I truly did not know how to go on until my doctor told me I had anxiety, and wrote a prescription. Within a week or so, and after a couple of dose tweeks, I was calm enough to look for ways to help myself.

I found this forum, and in doing so have learned a lot. It will be a great relief for you to get a proper diagnosis, and begin to understand what you are dealing with.

There are wonderful people here, kind, caring, know where you are coming from, and very supportive. It will not only be beneficial to you to know what's going on with you, it will help all of us to help you get on with your life. Please make an appointment soon, and let us know what you found out, dear Miranda.

    Miranda-

?We all feel your pain. Anxiety is the worst. My nurse practitioner upped my meds and I'm feeling better. I too suffer from depression as well. I've been diagnosed with bipolar and I truly hate that label. I'm tearing as I'm typing this. You are not alone. Please talk with your doctor and get the meds you need. They do help. Some people are afraid of them but they do help withe symptoms.

?Know we are all here for you in this forum. Reach out and express yourself all you want.

?Try to keep busy because the more you are stagnate the worse it gets. The weekends are tough for me because I have to keep myself busy.

?You do have support here and I do you have support outside the forum.

    ?I'm sending you positive vibes.
