So after keep going back too doctors for something too cure my g.a.d genralised anxtiety disorder... Still he says your on highest dose beater blockers propanol 40 mg 3 x a day still not helping been on them atleast 2 years i allso take carbemazapine and venlafaxine x2 a day for my bordaline personalty disorder what can i do i have palpatations 24 hours a day my life is a bloody stressfull day livinf

    First thing to realise, there is no cure. Second thing, to help manage your doc should be supplementing any meds with therapy. Meds alone often can't manage issues

      Hey misunderstood being from the bottom of the world..what do you mean you have been discharged. Sorry I just don't understand your health system. Here you would get 5 - 10 free consults with a psychologist on a mental health care plan, they text day before to confirm apt and they certainly wouldn't turn their back on you

      In the UK,even with free treatment if you fail to attend a number of times you do get discharged. It makes sense to do it that way as theres long waiting lists

      Yes you can go private anytime you like in the UK, as long as you've got the funds to pay for it. On the NHS we pay for it as we earn, so it appears free - but everyone in the country pays for it as they work
