Any diatry advice for diverticulosis

After recent collapse with pain and four days in hospital on antibiotics, really need advice to avoid repeat problems !

Sorry to hear this Christine. Unfortunately I haven't got any dietary advice for you but would be interested to find out myself as I've been recently diagnosed with diverticular disease.

I was told long time back that I could have early diverticulosis. Then I was explained that it is an obstruction caused for some reason in the abdomen and its only remedy is surgery. I really can't say if some thing better has now come in. I would also be interested to see views of others in this connection.
