Any Difference in Reflux on Keto Diet?

Hi, I am going to try out the Keto eating plan, which is basically high fat, moderate protein and low carbs.  I am hoping to lose weight, and get over my addiction to sugar.  I was wondering if anyone has been on it, and noticed a difference, good or bad, in your reflux?

I was diagnosed with acid reflux, GERD many years ago.  I started Keto and felt great after only a few days.  I did not do it to lose weight though.  I did it because I was always out of breath. bloated and in pain.  The relief helps me exercise more.  I did not stay on the diet, I added foods back in.  I eat anything now I want except sugars,  wheat and gluten products like bread and pasta.  Keto was a good start to from zero and add foods back in to see what triggered my systems.  I found the spicy, hot foods that acid reflux people are told to stay away from are fine after you heal up.  How I got turned on to keto was a youtube video "?digestion depression" with ?Mikhaila Peterson.  Interesting watch to see how much food can change a person.  Everybody is different but it helped me get on track.  Good Luck.
