You just need to learn how to manage the anxiety. It doesn't have to be doom. First, stay away from caffeine.
try managing the anxiety to see if your symptoms subside . all anxiety starts in the brain. When you're anxious about something, your brain thinks you are in danger so it sends out the hormone adrenaline to protect you. There are many effects of adrenaline including racing hheart. So when people feel these effects they may become more anxious and the brain sends out more adrenaline. It's a vicious cycle! So the key here is to calm down the brain to help reduce symptoms.
any symptom brought on by anxiety cannot hurt you. They feel weird and uncomfortable but that is all they can do. So how do we calm down the brain? There are numerous ways but I will share with you what has helped me.
first of all, don't let fear take you over because that brings on negative thinking, anxiety, and more symptoms.
I really like the audio meditations found on YouTube for anxiety, sleep, depression, etc. they completely calm down my mind and body and they teach you how to separate negative and anxious thoughts from yourself. This is very important. I have been able to reduce or eliminate my symptoms by doing this and some other things a couple Times a day. Just search on YouTube for guided meditation for anxiety.
they also have nature sounds like the ocean, rain storm, Forest, anything you want.
also listen to the 10 minute breathing meditation on YouTube. Is this important to know the proper breathing technique when you have anxiety.
You will be fine once you get some control over this 🌸🌸🌸

Jan is completely right. The only way to stop the adrenaline rushes, is to calm the mind down and I know from experience this isnt as easy at it seems. For example I will have continuous palpitations due to adrenaline rushes which make me anxious this fueling the anxiety and adrenaline rushes. Its a never ending circle that needs to be broken. See your GP for meds and/or counselling. Some relaxation and meditation via Youtube can also help. I have cut out caffeine from my diet also and also try and cut out sugars (cakes, biscuits etc). Good luck x
