Any idea what these red pinhead sized dots could be?

They cover my lower legs from my knee down, and having no hair due to alopecia they are very noticeable. They are flat and painless as they appear to be under the skin. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Smitty,

    I am thinking it could be rosacea or some type acne. I would keep a close eye on them and go see a doctor if they don't go away in a few weeks. You don't want to take a chance in case they are a sign of an underlying medical condition. Good luck!
