I'm the same way. Any slight noise makes me jump clean out of my skin. I can't handle any stress or confrontation like I used to either. It makes me so nervous and jumpy if I get into an argument or stress makes me feel nervous. I was never like this before. I am constantly on alert just waiting for something to happen.

It's probably your adrenals coping a pounding from all the Peri stress and anxiety. Your adrenals need high doses of Vitamin C so I have sterted supplementing with Camu powder. Dont use Vit C tablets as they are ascorbic acid and dont do the job.

Yes me too. I haven't really watched tv for last 11 months either because that is too much noise. And I sleep with earplugs.

I'm the same only seems to be when I'm bed at night. Even partner turning over gives me the heebee geebees. My tummy and chest feel like I've got butterflies. It's horrible
