I am guilty .... sad Its like I seek oblivion .... no more questioning why I'm as I am .... no more seraches for answers just nothing and often a good nights sleep too

    I get tempted so many times to do that but with all these different supplements I've been trying to relieve peri symptoms and knowing how everything we take has to go thru the liver, I stop myself in fear.

    I wish I could. It give me a the worse headache and does affect me the same anymore. Another thing that goes.
