I have got the same problem ,can you not take small steps perhaps round the garden even 2 mins and then perhaps just down the road and back.I can manage to go round the block but won't go to the high street Husband goes to the supermarket I have given up driving ,why when we are out we are worse if that's possible.I have a wedding to go to in July already getting in a state about it,three years ago Zi was here there and everywhere. Not much help but for you to know you are not alone,I do find coming on here helps sharing it.
I am here if you want to chat.

My daughter helped me by walking with me (in the dark because I would not go out in the day), using lamp posts to pace it out. First lamp.post in the street, then turn back, then a few nights later the second....and so on, and eventually round the block, and then longer distances. Since then I have flown several long hauls to different countries........so you CAN do it. Have faith in yourself....If I did it, so can you! xx

You always put nice comments on my posts...thank you. I try to help other people, because I know how difficult it is. I must admit that from time to time I still suffer from anxiety (caused by outside influence and family matters) but I rely on my old friend Fluoxetine. I also tell myself time and time again not to be so stupid as to let "it" take over. But when it is caused by outside sources, it is even more difficult, because then there is not much control over what it happening outside your life, but affects your daily life. I have been so interested in what people post.....I only wish "it" had been treated more openly when I was a young person.
So......progress indeed. Good Luck to all.
