Anybody feel numbness in back?

Feeling numbness in back initially now elsewhere. Is this linked to menopause?

    yes I get that mine comes in the middle or just a little below the shoulders  sometimes I feel it on the left side and sometimes the right or middle BUT I have always gotten that before a period and now I still get it in Peri-menopause ...
