Hi Anne. I’m on 45mg of mirtazapine, started with 15. It helped with sleep, depression, anger and it made me dreams. I haven’t remembered any dreams for years and now I dream every night! Just that made a difference. I also take zolpidem (ambien) when needed. I have epilepsy and recently had problems and my dr. increased the dosage of the 2 meds and made them ER’s (extended relief so I take 1 dosage a day instead of 3 spaced out). That has really messed things up, can’t hardly sleep even when I take both but I can fall down (haven’t yet, I’ve caught myself). Having a drug test next week and hope my seiz meds are too high so the mirt. works again.
