Anybody here got a bladder that has no sensation or very weak sensation?

My bladder has been "Numb" for 2 years now. Can hardly feel when its full or when I need to wee so its all guess work.

I had an hip replacement 2 years ago then not long after I had a really painful urgency episode that scared the hell out of me in the crowded town centre. Not long after I noticed my bladder was numb. Not sure if it could be linked to the hip op or the spinal anaesthetic or the urgency episode and the pain I was in at that time. Or maybe its none of these things. But I am having a cystoscopy soon so they can see inside my bladder and maybe find out what the problem is. I am not retaining by the way. Anyone else in a similar position?
