Anyone get sinus or allergy problems

i could be fine then all of a sudden i have oust nasal drip ears ringing spacey feeling tired nauseous im in week 3 just wondering if it could be related to peri it wo weird and yesterday i wss so angry and fustrated i uated everyone and everything ughh

    Yes, I didn't have allergies until apparently a few years ago. No drip in nose but sinus head pressure, ear feeling clogged, red eyes I can barely keep open some days. Every time I feel like this, the dust and dander measurement on my weather app says very high or extreme so I think this is allergies.

    I have read there is an estrogen histamine link but I haven't researched it further or tried a low histamine diet yet.

    If it's not one thing it's another 😃

    Yes can relate to this ... there seems to be many symptoms associated with Menopause ..

    I had awful nausia + suckness for weeks . Am into a few weeks of HRT meds and suppliments and feeling better .. Google

    yes I have all that u mentioned. They are very common for period, nothing to worry about, just keep sane & zen & u will sail through. I'm fighting it every day. all the best. remember u are not alone.

    yes since October i have sinus problems off and on stopped up one day to next post nasal drip head pressure off balance dizziness to be worse and buzzing in my head all the time now

    Yes.. had the really bad sinus headaches last week which were awful!! This week it's all that stuff in my nose and the back of the throat... I been using nose spray and drinking hot tea..
