Interesting, and while I was searching for it I also ran across a Mayo Clinic piece on using steam to treat BPH. But I don't really want to be the guinea pig for anything that's super new and doesn't yet have a track record. As it was, I had to appeal to an independent review to get my insurance to pay for PAE. They wanted to call it investigational and it's been used for BPH for nearly 10 years. The insurance company only wanted to compare PAE to TURP which has been around for nearly 100 (1926).
