Anyone know what this is?

So a couple days ago right around the time I got sick with strep throat, this weird ulcer showed up on my perinium. It kinda hurts to touch it. It might be some sort of yeast infection. I doubt that it’s herpes. when I was young I had to get papillomas removed from my vocal cords. It’s three ulcers that are sort of shaped like a mushroom, in a single file line, it looks a little bit pusy. I’ll try and post a picture. I asked my mom about it and she said that she’s had something like that too, she just kept it really clean and it went away.
