Hi jenna
Sorry to hear ur having a bad time on citrapram
I am coming off these as we speak as i was on 40mg of citropram for 5 yrs or more and yes i felt great but last few weeks been feeling down and yep the big old nasty anxiety came back with all the crappy physical signs
Butterflys feeling sick no apepetite no sleep constant in the toilet and nervous as hell
Just couldn't believe all this has started .
Went gp they said that citropram maybe is wearing off so basically told me to wean off them
Halve of 40mg for 7 days then stop completely then start on stertraline but only half of 50mg which she gave me ..i am sooo scared to start these as the comments ive read are really bad meaning side effects ..can u tell me bit bout ur experience and how long they took to work and any side effects ?

I discovered my initial couple of days on the tablets to be very odd, I got a handle on exceptionally separated and tired yet that wore off after around 48 hours. The main reaction I am by all accounts getting still presently is an expanded feeling of uneasiness. My heart races and I end up stressing constantly and having the shakes. The tablets have helped lift my misery and after my meeting with the specialist yesterday I am not stressed over the expanded uneasiness as she says it is ordinary and ought to die down soon.
Expectation this makes a difference.
