So look, one day I had sex with my only parter in my whole life and the only person I ever had sex with, i didn't lubricate at all and it was very painful when we did it, but a few hour later I felt better (Don't ask me why that happened)

So this is what happened afterwards, two days later I started to feel like a bit a pain when a peed, it passed 3 and still the same pain, so I checked my vagina to see if there was something weird and what I saw where some ulcers or sores and it looked pretty bad, with two day later, it got worst, I couldn't stop crying, the pain got worst and worst, I couldn't even do my basic necessity because it was so painful (pic here)

and I noticed like white/ yellow discharge and also was like white stuff that smelled weird around my my vagina, but with a few more days got worse

So I went to the gynecologist and told him what at mentioned at the start, he checked there, and he said it didn't look like herpes, he said I looked more like a severe case of candidiasis or vulvovaginitis.... but I told him that I wanted to get tested for herpes anyway.. so I did.... they did blood test but I had to wait like 5 days for the results...

Then next day I checked and saw some like little blisters coming out, but those only where there for 2 days literaly.

So then it started getting better and you don't imagine how happy I was to finally pee without pain, I cried just because the relief

Then I was completely cured and I went to see the result, almost 100% sure that it was herpes, but guess what, THEY WERE NEGATIVE, I was literally shocked, that looked 100% liked herpes, basing myself on Google and information I found on this website, like wtf, I still believe I have herpes....

So that was 2 weeks ago ok? Now here's the thing, I'm seeing some purple kinda like blood, on my discharge, I don't know what it is but I'm worried as f.... HELP PLEASE, GIVE ME YOUR OPINION PLEASE, I FEEL SO ALONE RN...

hi ! i would have guessed herpes myself from the looks of it but thank god its negative ! have you been tested for chlamydia ? i know that can cause blood in urine or discharge !

this is textbook herpes. i'm extremely disappointed that your doctor couldn't even see that. vulvovaginitis and candidiasis do not cause sores and lesions like this, but herpes does. it's mostly sad they couldn't see that it was herpes because they could've prescribed you antiviral medication and helped you clear this ASAP.

the reason your blood test was negative was because you tested far too soon. this is likely what they call a "primary outbreak," you have probably just recently been infected with HSV, and your body has not built up any antibodies towards the virus yet. go get blood tested again in 3-4 months, I guarantee the result for either HSV-1 or 2 will be higher and positive.

Absolutely...classic textbook. In no way rude at all, but I can't comprehend how a doctor would see that and dismiss herpes. It's upsetting they failed to swab the area, rather than a blood test.

Exactly! Especially picture 3 with the clustered blisters and literal open lesion.

Not all doctors are like this of course, but it's negligent to chalk this up to candidasis or vulvovaginitis when the patient is clearly in severe pain and needs medical advice and help.
