I'm 24 years old, male, over the past week my underarm has been swollen and painfull, to the point where it hurts just to move my arm. I can't think of anything I did that would have pulled muscles or anything like that. There are no other symptoms.

It could be your lymph node gland. This usually signifies the body fighting infection. Phone your gp and inform them of your symptoms.
