Me again! until someone else comes along (most probably lying in being the weekend and all) I just wanted to say Yes! and Yes!
My intrusive thoughts I dealt with by accepting it was not me and telling them (sometimes out loud) to (politely) go away! Do not be afraid or embarrassed to share with someone close to you. My Fiancee had little idea what was happening to me or howe to help, but she came here and learned too.
I also experienced (haviing a few again now actually) vivid, multiple dreams however, I know the reason why this time and dealing with it. First time around someone here suggested I took Cita at bedtime not during the day and it worked for me.
Do you have an extra (emergency) duvet downstairs? We still do, just in case I don't feel like getting outta bed, but manage it only to find that is as far as I can get! That helps - NO DAYTIME TV, NEWS or similar sh*te - why would you want to make yerself feel bad when things are bad enough. Nice films, nature documentaries, good music (crank up the favourites) and anything else that gives you a lift. It is worth trying vitimin B6 and D3 as these will help the old serotonin levels with no adverse effects!
Apart from that (try) have a good weekend, we want a report!
Regards,
David
