Back pain

Anyone suffer back pain before a flare up? The last few days I’ve had back spasms that have also been in my side. Today I’ve got up with *D could it be connected?

    Hi - yes, every morning I wake up with stomach pain, bloating and back pain.  This gets slowly better through the day but then repeats the next morning....

    All the symptoms you describe are connected to IBS, although I have had back pain during a flare up.  However, IBS affects people differently.
