I get them from time to time. Do you know what helps heal them the fastest? Aloe or tea tree oil is what I have used previously. In the photo I put bacitracin on them (hence why its greasy).

do you exfoliate after shaving?

unfortunately you will get ingrown hair and infected hair follicles with shaving

I do beforehand with a loofah to ensure the hair comes out.

I feel if it was herpes it would bust open and crust over. I am keeping an eye on it to see it heals like other razor bumps ive had in the area.
