Balance and anxiety

Anyone else sometimes well like they are of balance? Kind of like your drunk and you feel a little wobbly? Also like you go to grab something and completely miss it? It's hard to explain. Also a pressure in the back of your head and neck, not a pain but just like you feel like your head is full of cotton wool?

Yes, all the time. I have been diagnosed with labrythitis that is worse when I'm anxious. I can get it for days on end and it's horrible. I have been referred to  physiotherapy to learn how to deal with this and correct my balance.
