    Bluesman,

Good one to Traci. It did make me laugh and I actually find laughing helps. I find yawning helps also..

Anyway to your question about balance exercises. I just looked up beginners Tai Chi on the net and started doing basic Tai Chi moves. Turn on some of the music you like and do the exercises.. I find it accomplishes both balance exercise and meditation.. Anyway, good luck.

Hi Bluesmann.  Have you looked on VEDA website?  VEDA is a highly regarded non profit that focuses on vestibular illnesses and offers a video on balance exercises.

Hi bluesey you just reminded me of your ent appt last week. Standing against a wall with eyes closed, walk heel to toe in straight line and then go backwards in a straight line. Who does he think am I Houdini. My husband who doesn't have Menieres couldn't do. I managed one step forward that was it. My balance was obviously not good in his eyes. I'm actually fed up with ent specialists and I've been to 3 different ones. I'm now at a stage where I know what's going on and when it does the good old Stemetil injection does the trick.
