Been on Prozac one month now and feeling a little bit better, having good days and bad days. Had a lot of side effects to start with but they all subsided except ever since I started Prozac I've been having diorreah every single morning as soon as I wake up. Please tell me this will eventually go away??

All the side effects I suffered went around 9 weeks. I do have wobble/ blip days but I am on road to recovery but you have too be patient and stick with it. If the diarrhea doesn't stop soon then go see your doctor but I am sure in a couple of weeks it will subside

I was on Prozac for a couple of years before and never experienced any side effects and they started working so fast. Maybe they don't work as well with me now. Going to the doctors on Wednesday and going to ask about councelling too

I was the same, now onto week 8 and yes it will stop. I had stomach and bowel problems for 6 weeks and it all seems to have settled a lot now. Still have the odd bad morning but that's OK it passes

I have lost so much weight as well before I started these tablets I was 10st 9 and now I'm 9st 3. This is another extra to add to my list of never ending worries
