just weighed myself on my scales and it says ive lost a whopping 8lbs!!! ive got a lot to loose so i am over the moon, no nasty side effects although i did have a burger from kfc :oops: oopsy! i only had a burger while my friends sat there and had a large fully loaded meal!
i even managed to have a healthy sunday dinner, i had less meat then normal and i roasted my potatos and parsnips in spray oil and they hardly tasted any different, i had my gravy made with just water as opposed to making it with the meat jucies which the rest of my family had. i was a bit hesitant to take my tab on sunday but i took it anyway and i didnt get any side effects.
im finding it quite easy to stick to things and im checking everything im eating
goin back to the docs in 3 weeks to get my official weigh in but til then im just going to keep at it and increase my excersise
