Big white dot?(pictures)

Hi there, 6 months ago ,I've noticed this big white dot underneath corona. I am a 21 years old  with an uncircumcised penis.Last time i had sex was 15 months ago with 2 condoms(first and last).

The spot itself is hard and cant be washed/removed by me.

What to do?  Can i somehow remove it at home and not go to doctor?

Sorry for my bad English.

I have no idea what that is, but it doesn't look good, and you need to see a doctor.  I don't think it's an STI, and I don't think you should try to remove it yourself.

    Which country are you in?

I am from Montenegro. Why do you ask?

If you'd been in the UK, I'd have recommended going to a GUM clinic, and I know a little bit about options in some other countries, but I don't know how healthcare works in Montenegro.  I really think you should see a doctor though, and it wouldn't surprise me if the first doctor you see doesn't know what it is either and has to refer you to another doctor.

This looks very unusual and could be cancerous - although hopefully benign. Definitely something to show your doctor.

I don't know maybe it is but I am scared because it is hard. The spot itself did not grow or change since i noticed.

He says he can't wash it off though, so I don't think it's smegma.
