biliary dyskinesia

I was diagnosed about 5 years ago with gastroparesis which has steadily been getting worse so I decided to have it reevaluated by a new gastro specialist who did a hida scan, and upper endoscopy they have referred me to a surgeon to have my gallbladder removed due to the hida scan results of 8%. Anyone have tips experience with this?

hello, how was the hida scan? I've got one next week. do they provide results straight away? whats been your symptoms of biliary dyskensia?

Hi. I got my gallbladder out 4 days ago. I feel better but not 100% by any means. I would suggest you get the surgery done with out delay. Stock up on low-fat, bland foods and take the whole two weeks to recover. The surgery isn't too painful. You just feel off afterwards.
