Bleeding on the pill

So ive been having problems with bleeding where i have been bleeding 15 weeks on the trot.. So the DR has put me on the contraceptive pill. I have been told to take it constantly for 3 months without a break so they can take my bloods and see whats what. I am currently on my second packet and im bleeding???? I am absolutely sick to death of bleeding now! Everytime i wipe there is blood there! My boobs are so painful too! What could this mean?
