bleeding stitches

Has anyone had their stitches scabbing and bleeding a little and sore when in touch it  hasn't hurt me at all till now just a lull worried in go to the Dr tomorrow just wondering if this had happened to anyone else

    If stitches are due to come out it will start to hurt a bit more. You should get much relief after they come out. I think a little bleeding is normal.

    Hi. I had my stitches out October. 16th. My incision is still leaking fluid. I phoned the nurse and she told me it was normal. Take care it will get better. Don.

    Do you still have a dressing on? Always report bleeding or discharge to your health practioner. You need to rule out infection. Encouraging it is scabbing over but better to have it looked at. I would always be suspicious of oozing or discharge from a surgical wound.

    I had my surgery last Saturday, spent  two and a half hours in A & E on Sunday because of the bleeding seeping through plaster.  In Clinic Wednesday told this normal. Got new plaster this time from toe to knee, feels much more secure. Reading these posts has made me feel a lot better, thanks everyone
