Blisters on labia

So ive been seeing my partner for a month now and recently ive had some blisters appear on my labia. We had sex a week ago and the following monday i noticed these things that look like blisters. They cause me agony when i pee theres a few of them but spaced out and im finding it hard to sit down as they are constantly causing me discomfort. I am also getting a thick white discharge, i have been getting this discharge for about 3 weeks and there was itchiness at first
