Blood Spotting

Just wondered if this was normal, but the last few days have noticed fresh blood on toilet paper. It is only spotting and nothing more,

Now 3 weeks post op for TVT and anterior and posterior repairs. Feel well in myself and not constipated at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

Like to know this is normal, as my blood loss and discharge has been minimal.

    It is quite common linda to get some spotting or a small amount of bleeding and it's usually from the internal sutures as they get tightened. There is also bleeding as they dissolve and come away from the area they've been knitting together.

      Thank you very much. It was only spotting, but just concerned me a little as was fresh blood on toilet paper this morning. Seen nothing since.

      Thank you. Still made me rest more today, which is s good thing. It was just the fact it was fresh blood which made me a little concerned , but like I said only spotting. Just freaked me a little and I have been doing so well.
