This is 65 year old woman. As you can see in the picture, there are blue patches, and white patches in the tongue. She cannot talk or chew food. It's been 2 weeks. She had got an injection in her tongue 2 weeks ago due to the pain and some blue looking patch. We don't know the name of the medicine injected. Doctor had told her that there will be mild swelling which should go away in couple of days. But there is still swelling and pain. She cannot talk since then. She went to Dr again and was prescribed some antiseptic ointment. We are very worried for her as she is very old and due to the eating problem, her health is getting worse everyday. Anyone can please suggest. Thank you.
