Your eye is still changing. It will keep on changing slightly day by day for a few weeks before it completely settles down. That is why the surgeon won't give you any glasses prescription, if necessary, until about 30 days after the cataract surgery.

I spoke to the doctor she said as long as there's no pain I should be fine not to compare this one to the last I had. I have since noticed redness under my eyelid. Hoping this is all normal. I will see the doctor again on Wednesday. Just got scared with everything looking fine yesterday. Thank you

Just stay on top of it with your Doctor...if any pain or sight worsen make sure to call their emergency after hours number.   Sounds similar to a lot I've been through. I am not a Dr, but I have stayed in close contact with my eye dr and now I am seeing a cornea specialist because my dr was stumped and not sure why it hasn't gotten better.  I have extremely dry eyes.   My left is able to finally see distance much better and right is improving.  (I am sure I will need readers though now since it isn't what I had expected.)  Not to alarm you but it has been 8 months for me come Valentine day.  BUT I AM IMPROVING....and I know everyone heals differently.  I am 69 and I've know personally about a dozen friends, family that have had cataract surgery with NO COMPLICATIONS.  Knowing anytime and any type of surgery is always a RISK and that was stated on the papers I had to sign.  Prayers that things improve quickly and your eye sight will be fine.  My name is Charlene and I live in the state of MO.  I have faith that all will continue to improve for me.  I have to admit it has been frustrating and i don't understand why I've been through it all, but it may be just a way to help someone else that doesn't go smoothly.  I might have had 4 or 5 bad days but I just tell myself -- move on it has to get better.  I only had to call my doctors twice for after hours and they said NOT to worry---that is why they have after hours for emergency calls.  I have had to have laser surgery on both to help with the scar tissue (which is sometimes normal to have happen).  I have had several (about 12 different) typed of eye drops to take (at one time 18 per day of the different types).  I have had amniotic membrane place in each eye on different occasions.  The left one was greatly improved within 2 days.  the right one no luck to help.  I have had plugs inserted into my tear ducts to help produce tears more naturally to help with the dryness....my last appt was Feb 2 and my right eye has improved greatly.  So these are temporary plugs if they help I will need Permanent plugs placed.  So I just take it day by day and slowly getting there.   Praying this does not discourage you.  Just stay in touch with your Doctor.

Steve I had never had lasik surgery. I had the YAG laser surgery after my cataract surgery for all the scar tissue I developed so quickly.  I do think that the PRK is a type of laser surgery I had .
