ive had mris, ct scans, heart tests, blood tests. all normal. so TIA,MS, aneurysms, eye disorders, migraines..have all been ruled out. they said maybe my eye muscle is having a spasm?

First, you need to know about the exact problem. Blurry vision of one eye or both can be caused by many problem such as Myopia, Hyperopia, Astigmatism, Presbyopia,Pregnancy, Migraine,Chronic eye dry. In your case, I think this is presbyopia. As you said you are 30, so you may suffer from this problem because you are ageing and this is basically a age relating problem.
If your doctor said your eye muscles have spasm. Then, this might be the problem of eye twitching or eyelid twitching. This is very common and completely treatable.
The causes of eye twitching can be imbalanced diet, dry eyes, tiredness, stress, eye strain, allergies, high caffeine or alcohol intake and any medicine reaction. If you have any of this problem then relax it can be resolvable.
You need to take proper sleep, drink more water, keep your eyes lubricate with an eye drop, avoid alcohol intake, yoga and you may also prefer botox (Botulinum toxin) injection if your problem persists for a long time. Hope this may help you. Get well soon.

Thank you for the detailed reply! It is true that at first they thought of astigmatism and presbyopia. Unfortunately..or fortunately...its not. Idont have hyperopia or myopia either. And def not pregnant. Presbyopia and astigmatism are diagnosed by a basic eye exam and i have neither. It would have been great if it was one of these two because the solution is pretty easy.

Please let me know if there was a recurrence of your condition. If so, at what intervals? I had the same experiences earlier this week when I had a blurry vision throughout the day. I went to my eye specialist and she said there has been a focus breakdown and gave me a new prescription for new glasses. But things were back to normal the very next day when I woke up. I haven’t got the new glasses yet as my old seems to be working as it used to.
Still scared as it might happen again
