Hi I think I sometimes get this, it's  like my eyes can't concentrate on things properly. I do need glasses when I use the computer because of the glare, so it might be due to that. Do you wear glasses at all, it might just be due to needing to wear them abit more often

This is very common especially in people with anxiety who are hyper sensitive to light and sounds etc, shops can be sensory overload and are well known for using very artificial and often over bright lighting.

Every single time i go to one particular supermarket and walk through the middle of it which is the most well lit area my vision blurs especially if my anxiety is especially bad that day.

Even my husband who has no anxiety has experienced a blur in his vision in shops at times, it's very much to do with the artificial and bright lighting they use which for an anxious person can especially play on the senses.

It really is very common, of course it never hurts to get your eyes checked, i had mine checked a few weeks ago but there were no problems, lighting in shops can be horrible and definitely cause blurred vision.
