Boil or Pimple or ? (Pic)

Hi,

I had this for about 2 days. I have been blowing my nose a lot in the mornings.. 

Normally I would not give it a second thought but I had a sinus infection 4 months ago which started with a bump inside the nostril....I also had a chest infection 2 months ago.

Also it's where people say it's on a dangerous location (leads to brain or something). 

It's painful to the touch.

1) What is this likely? Boil or Pimple?

2) What should I do? I still have Mupirocin from that SInus infection. 

3) Do I need to go to a doctor? If not now how long should I wait until I should?

4) If and when it drains, what should I look out for to avoid recurrence and or spreading?

5) Is this a more dangerous location than one inside the nostril? Or is it about the same?

6) Any other thoughts on this?
