Is there any books i can read to help my fibromylgia, like books with pain reief methods, or other peoples stories in?

    Hi Charley:

    I am new to the forum, & been only diagnosed since October, but check out a yoga program. It has seemed to help me both physically & mentally.

    Amazon have quite a few books on fibro. Bought a couple but never got to read them as the dog ate 'emrolleyes!
