Hey dear. I was trying to find the other book that was mentioned on here.  Our library is under construction.

Suzanne and her doctor cover a lot of issues stated on this forum. It's good to read anyways.  She dedicates the book to her husband.  cheesygrin

      Hello Dottie, Jay

Yes thanks goodness for an office my desk draw has more vitamins on it than a Pharmacy lol.

Correct work does help for sure.

Stopped a few of the supplements though and Jay please don't shoot me 😄but I am taking Menopause Support Formula with "soy" isoflavones and the flashes are subsiding and the night sweats its made by Active Naturals.

Hugs to you both, keep smiling xx

Hi. You can tell I'm feeling better.  I'm back to being sarcastic.  Maybe I never stopped?  🎀 Oh well.  😃😃 I found B12 with 1200 mcg so that's better cause I need energy. If I dont have energy I feel awful.  It ruins your life really.  I used to be energized bunny but perimenopause threw everything out the window.  Trying to survive happily.  Take Care xo
