I'm trying to find an alternative way to treat my BPH symptoms. Does anyone have any reviews I'm using things like pumpkin oil in massive amounts or saw palmento as well as other commonly used natural remedies. In Germany a lot of doctors start off with these things before they go to synthetic medications.

Do prostate supplements work? I think they've helped me. You mentioned pumpkin seed oil. It's the only supplement I'm taking right now. It's supposed to help with a neurogenic bladder. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't. Arglinton gets it exactly right. Caffeine and alcohol truly exacerbate prostate issues. To this, I would add ... dairy products. Look. Prostate issues are essentially hormonal issues. Think; 5AR reductase inhibitors. We get older. Our hormones decide to have a party with us. Here's hoping I don't get the omnipresent moderator boot for saying the following, but your best shot for reducing prostate issues ... is to fast. Intermittently at first, and then for longer periods if you can stand it. Educate yourself on fasting. Worst case scenario? You'll lose weight and return to systemic homeostasis. What's not to love? Not a medical professional. Hope this helps.
