Brain nodules

Okay so a few weeks ago i started feeling a little light headed, then headaches, then memory problems, then my tongue feels swollen and weird, also have pins and needles feeling in left arm, leg and face. i had a private mri done and it came back all good but a few nodules were found and they will refer me to a radiologist. im freaking out right now, im aware nodules are usually nothing to worry about but im having these symptoms. they could be unrelated but im worrying so much. i had an mri years ago and they didnt mention these nodules. can nodules appear for no reason?
