Brain sensation

My life has been hell over the last 2 months. I have had this feeling in my brain which is completely foreign to me and it hit me suddenly.

I feel light headed most of the day and very light headed to the point of almost fainting when I am hungry, thirsty, consume salt or nicotine. I am always severely dehydrated in the morning and inspite of how much I drink, as soon as I discharge I am extremely dehydrated again. The lightheadedness is constant but it is made worse in the circumstances named above and when it is very bad I start rocking my head back and forth feeling like I am going to faint.

It is at its worst when I am hungry, dehydrated which I am severely every morning, when I eat anything salty and finally when I take in nicotine regardless of medium (pipe, ecig, cig).

I am not sure what it is or ehat to do. I have been to the doctor and they have run blood tests, which show everything to be fine aside from a slight constant decline in sodium levels in my last 4 blood tests, from 143 mmol to exactly 136 mmol.

What is this? Has anyone else experienced it?
