Hi ladies
I seem to be getting more symptoms, since the weekend I am having pain in my arm, neck, ribs and breast. Mainly left side. It's a dull but annoying pain. It's also accompanied by chest congestion, it's flu like. Feels like I have phlegm in my lungsbut I don't cough though. Strange.

Hi there,I do get the rib pain, neck pain, arm pain and shoulder pain, but not usually all at the same time, mine tends to move around. If you are feeling congestion in your lungs and flu like it might not hurt to see a doctor to rule out an infection especially when you mention it is getting worse.

Hi yes I also get this. im sufferring with really bad catarrh at the minute and feel like i cant breathe its sending my anxiety levels through the roof

Mine is right side, but so weird. And when the arm is doing it, feels like a super tight band around my right arm/elbow.

Constant, weirdo left rib pain, just like you, and it moves, and heads up to my shoulder. I mentioned it to my PCP and she looked baffled. I swear NOBODY knows about peri and all its weirdness. She did also say that it could be Costochondritis. Who knows - just know you are not alone. xo Heidi
