    Hi are you considering this procedure because of health issues, you have some other options but it will all depend on how much of a reduction you have in mind and whether you are carrying a large amount of excess weight.

    No offense intended its just so that anyone reading this gets the bigger picture.

    Hi there

    You do realise that you have posted this query in a forum specifically dedicated to hip replacement surgery. Doubt if any of my fellow "Hippies" are well versed in breast reduction options but I may be wrong.

    Perhaps you could try in another sub-forum. There doesn't appear to be one for Breast Reduction but there is one for Cosmetic Surgery - maybe posting in that forum would be better
