Breathlessness Issues

I have been suffering from breathlessness and weakness on left side of my body. I find it difficult to breathe through my left nostril. Now I had my entire abdominal ultrasound done, nothing apart from a few polyps in gallbladder and very slight fat in liver. My doctor then sent me for ECG and ECHO. Nothing abnormal apart from a palpitation in ECG. I had my lung x ray done and it was normal. Showed myself to a spine specialist who gave me chamomile which is NSAID which helped me breathe better. I am able to breathe properly when I lie down or my left side of shoulder blade is pressed. Does anyone have an idea what it can be? I am able to breathe through my right nostril though.

    Did you perhaps have a stroke?  See another doctor who specializes in heart and lungs. that is what I would do but just a suggestion
